See Young Nigerian Player Who Won The UEFA Champions League With Bayern Munich

Two players with Nigerian descents were part of the victorious Bayarn Munich side that won the UEFA Champions league by beating Paris St Germaine in Lisbon on Sunday.

Although many people will know David Alaba who chose to play for Austria as against playing for Nigeria but only few will know the Joshua Zirkzee.

Joshua Zirkzee Orobosa is born to Nigerian parents and has been traced to Isoko tribe in Delta state.

The 19 year old Nigerian who was signed from dutch side Feyenoord Rotterdam youth team in 2017 by former manager Niko Kovac recently broke into Bayern’s first team this season.
In the 2019/2020 football season, Joshua won the treble with Bayern scoring four bundesliga goals despite featuring in a team that parades the likes of Robert Lewandowski, Serge Gnabry, Ivan Perisic, Thomas Muller and Philip Coutinho.

Despite playing for the dutch youth teams, sources confirms that the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and Supers Eagles Coach Gernot Rohr have approached the youngster over committing his international career to Nigeria.
